EVIDENCE OF MINK

Sightings, damage to small live stock, dens / burrows around water ways.

Mink are not native to the UK and are causing severe problems to the water vole population, mink also eat fresh water fish small ducks and there eggs.

TREATMENT FOR MINK

Trapping mink is legal and the most effective way to control them is with live capture traps, they are then dispatched with an air rifle. It’s illegal in the UK to catch and release mink.

Mink traps should be checked every 12 hours.
